"Very Good"

It's very good for the price, clean bathroom and shower, there are towels and soap. The location is very nice, close to the subway, a deli and places to eat are nearby.

The mattress on the bed was superbly comfortable. The ambiance was funky - we liked that - the host, though we did not meet her - attempted to be helpful via Snapchat.

NOTHING. I've been agoust the 25th 2018. I would give not even one star if I could... The accomodation is a disgusting superdirty tiny underground basement WITH NO WINDOWS and terrible stink of mold and humidity at 100% (a device they installed should drain humidity but it doesn' at all). There are disgustings inks on the sofabed's armrests I don't know which foul liquid are and if I got any illness by sleeping in it. Is unaccetable and unprofessional that many web sites sale a place like this, with cockroaches inside the bathroom and electric counters of ALL building IN THE KITCHEN (sarcastic to call kitchen that disgusting cavern) that is superdangerous, one can get electrocute! All the other internet operators do not sale ANY MORE such accomodation that is not even good for rats. I am considering to contact the New York city authority to inspect it, it's dangerous, I don't want anybody else to get cheated like I was. Moreover the property use this fraudulent trick: they put in the period where they don't sale enough, a very low rate, than few days before the customer arrival they call the web site who sale the apt. to say thet they've made an error and they amend the rate at the double teh cost. After that, there is no other option for the customer thatn to accept because one can't find any other place enough affordable few days before the arrival. Read the bad reviews on Booking.com and you'll notice that they did it more that one time. Don't go! I can't believe that exist people that say that this undergrond garage is a 'superb accomodation', are you used to live in a undergrond apt. with no windows? People say in their reviews that 'it seems to B in Jamaica'.Have U ever been in Jamaica?There is sunshine in Jamaica apts.... unlike this with NO VINDOWS and ONE FLOOR UNDERGORUND...Unbelivable... p.s. wi-fi works only in the dorm room
